Tank is shy around unfamiliar people and would be most suitable for a stable, all-female household.
He is friendly but hesitant towards other dogs, so would be better as an only dog or with another greyhound.
Tank would be ok to be left at home alone for short periods, with times possibly extended in a stable environment. He needs a quiet, calm and tolerant home as he startles easily at unfamiliar movements, people or environments.
He will take time to adjust so progress needs to be slow and steady with all interactions. He will bond with his family but unfamiliar people will need to be introduced slowly and patiently.
